I am a freelance director, writer, and editor based in New York City.
Growing up, I flew between the US and China several times a year. This did not make me a cool or popular kid. Just very weird and quite strange. I always felt like an outsider.
Unsurprisingly, this fueled my desire to create stories about people (or other beings) on the fringes of society and their struggles to find their place, their home, in the world.
Outside of film, I love to meditate, dance, and play with my dwarf rats.
